The Johnson City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (MTPO) will host a public information meeting to seek your input on the State Route 75 (Suncrest Drive) Corridor Study. The project study area is between Hugh Cox Road and Interstate-26, and the goal of the study is to address traffic, safety, and connectivity as development continues throughout the Gray Community.

The public information meeting will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in the Ridgeview Elementary School Gymnasium (252 Sam Jenkins Road, Johnson City, TN, 37615). The meeting will provide the public with the opportunity to review the draft recommendations for the corridor and share their feedback. Public input will help shape the final plan and confirm the improvements reflect the community’s needs.

The meeting will follow an open house format, with a formal presentation at 6:00 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to view displays showing the draft recommendations. After the presentation, participants are encouraged to provide their input through interactive mapping exercises.
